To get listed as a Cosplayer at Summoners Con you must:
1. Have a costume.
2. Buy your ticket to Summoners Con
3. Apply using the form below.

The details
- You must submit a headshot as an avatar (doesn't have to be super professional).
- You must submit a photo of cosplay you've made or worn, or progress on your current costume project.
- If your application is not approved, you may refund your ticket in accordance with our refund policy.
- You will still be subjected to our weapons policy.
- NOTE: You do NOT have to fill out this form to show out in cosplay, it is completely optional.
